Sherwood Inspections, Inc. is owned and operated by Kevin and Vanessa Marsden. We have lived in gorgeous Ventura County since 1979 raising our six children here. I have performed thousands of residential and commercial inspections over the years for my clients and friends. While not crawling through tight spaces, I love to spend my time in the outdoors hiking and enjoying God’s creation on our local trails or the High Sierra.
